Packaging: Container of 5kg (A: 3.2kg, B: 1.8kg) Suitable for priming concrete surfaces, (such as swimming pools, garages, parking lots), that will be coated with DUROEPOXY FLOOR SF. Also used to stabilize cementitious substrates, such as existing and new concrete. Necessary as a substrate on unpainted metal and wood surfaces, such as sheet metal, MDF, or chipboard floors in order to receive the epoxy paint DUROEPOXY FLOOR SF. DUROEPOXY FLOOR SF Two-component epoxy paint, without solvents Consumption: •Smooth surface: 250-300gr/m2 per coat. •Anti-skid surface: 400-600gr/m2 per coat. Packaging: Container of 10kg (A: 8.0kg, B: 2.0kg) Available in white and 8 RAL color chart colors. Other RAL colors are available upon request. DUROFIBRE Polypropylene fibres 6 and 12mm long Consumption: •6mm: From 600-900gr/m3 of concrete or mortar. •12mm: From 900-1.200gr/m3 of concrete or mortar. Depending on the reinforcement specification. Packaging: •Bags of 900gr for 6mm fibres •Bags of 900gr for 12mm fibres The addition of DUROFIBRE 12mm is necessary for applications such as: In shotcrete or regular concrete with aggregate grain size greater than 10mm, in base coats of plaster, in building mortar, in cement screeds, and industrial floors. The addition of DUROFIBRE 6mm is necessary if the aggregates are less than 10mm and mainly in thin coatings of ready-mixed or traditional cement screeds. Their addition increases strength, and cohesion and reduces capillaries and cracks due to shrinkage during the curing stage. DUROFIX Fiber-reinforced, polymermodified repair mortar for thicknesses of up to 6cm/coat Consumption: Approximately 18kg/m2/cm thick coat. Packaging: 25kg paper bag Suitable for repairing all construction/manufacturing defects for thicknesses of up to 6cm per coat, without the requirement of any formwork. Also suitable for all concrete repair works, for restoring broken edges in steps and balconies as well as columns and beams. Suitable for use as coving mortar for roofs, where horizontal and vertical surfaces meet.
