Installation choices (depending on the situation and specific desires) may depend on: a. The installation of the new lining elements over the existing ones, without removing them. b. NEW LINING OVER THE EXISTING (a) When installing a new lining over an existing one, ideally use a high-quality flexible tile adhesive of category C2TE S1, {GOLD (p. 256)} or C2TE S2, {EXTRA POWER (p. 255) ELASTIC (p. 254)}. Don’t forget to create the necessary perimeter expansion joints. NEW LINING (b) In case of removing the existing linings, after completing the removal/demolition, check carefully the substrate, remove any loose sections and smooth the surfaces out, as needed.
