Suitable for repairs and anchoring on concrete and plaster. Use it to adhere reinforcing fiberglass mesh for plasters, on both interior and exterior surfaces. It secures posts for railing and wire fencing, store signs, etc. Ideal for rapidly securing plumbing and electrical parts during installations. It even cures underwater without losing its strength. Open time: 1-2 minutes, at 23°C, setting time: 2-4 minutes. Mix it with PORTLAND cement to speed up the setting time of normal cement and increase its early strengths.
